  个人简介

  魏建平,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,入选“陕西省高校科协青年人才托举计划”。主要从事营养健康食品制造及风味形成机理研究,目前已在Food Chemistry、International Journal of Food Microbiology、Food Microbiology、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Frontiers in Microbiology等杂志发表多篇 SCI/EI 论文。
